    I've tried this recipe 8 times and for some reason, it never works for me. I liked this recipe because it uses fewer eggs than others I've tried in the past. I've never failed at making macarons until I tried this recipe. Compared to other recipes I worked with the sugar content of this one in proportion to the almond flour content seems extremely high. What am I doing wrong?????? Someone, please help!!!!

    I'm so happy iv always tried to make buttercream but it always went bad but I tried it again while making the macaroons and this time it actually worked !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    And you also could use powder food coloring

    I am practicing at home
    I brought a kit
    I have 50 dollars
    I am saving up to buy a stand mixer
    I already have an hand mixer
    Oh, and make sure you do not get any egg yoke in your whites

    I did this .some macarons got cracks on top .and had a time to remove from parchment paper

    1st time didn’t get feet really chewy and yeah a fail
    2nd time got feet but inside a little hollow

    Tips:

    – Crack you eggs and separate the whites the day before. Keep them in the fridge until you make your macaroons. This dehydrates the egg whites, which makes your macaroons have a better texture.

    – If you think your macaroons are under baked, because they wont come cleanly off of the parchment paper, they're probably not. I've made this mistake so many times, thinking they weren't ready yet. They wont come of cleanly immediately, you have to let them cool for at least 5 minutes.

    – If you do end up over-cooking them, leave them in the fridge for at least around 4 hours, but up to 24 hours would be best. I am not lying. If your macaroons are over baked and hard. Leave them in the fridge with the filling in it, and it works wonders. My past 4 tries have all been over-baked, and doing this has helped so much.

    If you haven’t figured out how to separate eggshells without sticking your hands in eggs, it’s probably not the time to try to make your first macarons.

    I once followed this recipe and it turned out perfect ( That was my first time making macaron btw)
    But for my second,third,fourth,etc times they all went wrong even though I did the exact same technique,the figure 8 and other stuff !!! Honestly the hardest thing ever
