    HELLO LOVELY VIEWERS! Important Note:

But if you want to ask me, please get in touch via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or my website (all links are in the description above). If you leave questions in the comments I may not see them due to the large volume of comments I receive across the hundreds of videos on this channel.

Also, before sending on any questions be sure to read the written recipe on the website as I often add extra tips and notes not covered in the video.

I am not sure if i am right, in my opinion, o-yua and o-liang are not the standard Chinese. perhaps quiet near from local language, I guess yua means 热 and liang means 凉。

The only problem Id have in Thailand with food is milk and cream and how to avoid it as im lactose intolerant and would be sick. Otherwise all the food and drink is delicious. But Everytime white stuff goes in the glass Im thinking "Noooooooooooooooo!!!" 😛

Is the added pinch of salt a Thai thing or is it your touch?
By the way, first video I watched of you and loved it. Just subbed.

i have to try even tho being italian the idea of salt in coffee horrifies me a bit 😉 (ok actually the idea of any non sugarless expresso horrifies me a bit i confess haha but hey let's try! I tried the mango dessert and it's delicious!)

Sugar AND condensed milk?? You must have some sweet tooth on you. Unless that's unsweetened condensed milk?

Sawasdee, Pai! So nice to finally found "the one" for my Thai cooking lessons. 😉 Anyway, one question about Thai coffee, what about ga-fae boran? I've been seeing it on the menu. Is it any different with the ga-fae ron?

It's fascinating how you constantly change your accents back and forth depending on what language you're speaking. 🙂

My mouth waters, but all that sugar!!!! I'm off sugar now. But what surprises me is the milk. The Thai kitchen doesn't use diary at all, but in the coffee? Strange… What would coconut cream or milk taste like?
