    BTW, where can I find the identification of Syn free? and why people should avoid syn?

    Return the chips to the dry saucepan, cover with a lid and shake to ''''rough up'''' the edges of the chips – this roughness is important to the texture of the chips.
    this step didn't show in the video? How rough it should be? or how many times should I do this step? Thanks

    Hi. EVERY time I do these they ALWAYS FAIL :'(
    Where am I going wrong? I boil them for 5 minutes then drain for 10 mins,place back into the pan and shake for a few mins. I then fry light spray my baking tray and cook for 25-30 mins because I'm following the KIDS diet, the Free to Go one as I find that easier. Am I cooking them wrong and for too short a time? Any advice is greatly appreciated 😉

    when you say power boil what do you mean do you boil them in water from cold or put them into hot water?
