    My favourite is to put your sugar with the ground coffee, use a moka pot, and i do it with rhum.

    you put too much grappa, you should have added only a teasppon, maybe 2 of grappa, that's enough.

    This is a perfect Caffรจ Corretto recipe to show to my foreign friends ๐Ÿ™‚
    Stefanenco is right, we use to put half of that, but in my opinion it is fine like that as well.
    My favourite is the one with Sambuca!

    By the way, with that smile I would never complain about the coffee you make ๐Ÿ™‚

    I actually like this idea a lot. Although I would probably stir it and put a little top over the glass for two or three minutes (to let the espresso and grappa marry), and also skip the sugar. ๐Ÿ™‚

    here, in Italy, barman do so.

    they make a regular espresso in the usual little cup, and than they fill it (to 4/5) with grappa. So it's a little to drink and it is ok as digestive (than we have delicious grappa… ๐Ÿ™‚ )
