    I’m on my own journey and was just wondering how you avoid binging on all those good snacks ? Did you find that you had to cut these types of things out in the beginning of your journey . The junk/carbs didn’t affect your journey?

    Thank you! This made me feel more motivated to get a more organized budget. For me, I eliminated alcohol and coffee to save money and loose more weight. The alcohol -clearly unhealthy, The coffee was too acidic and causing my digestion to be uncomfortable, plus the calories from the cream and sugar i added to make it tasty had to go too. 🙂
