    Love this recipe. Just made 2 versions of it. One just the way it is and the other without onions, ginger and garlic for my wife. Added a tsp of sugar for my wife. She likes it a bit sweet. Didn't have ingredients to make fresh chutney so mixed up ready made sandwich chutney with ginger garlic paste. Both version came out delicious.

    have hard time looking at ingredients list, change the background and increase the font. thanks

    Sounds like a good recipe. However, it helps to have the recipe or atleast the list of ingredients written out in addition to the video. That would help.
