INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Cook the Mushrooms

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes until they are tender and browned.
  4. Remove half of the mushrooms from the skillet and set them aside for later use.
