Your meals all look so healthy! Here in the USA we do not all eat in a very healthy way. I live in New York, there are a lot of cheap bad, but easy to grab food. I notice so many greens in your every day meals. That is something we really need to work on here 🙂 thanks for sharing, looks great! I think I might buy some salmon and try that last foil packet meal 🙂 yum

Nice! I see that you eat 3x of my rice portion but only 1/3 of the other dishes. Ive also recently found out that I lose weight better by eating more rice and less dishes. Thanks for the video!

This actually does look like what I'd expect, however, I wish you went into more detail for each meal you showed, I'd love to recreate this.

Usually in Egypt Lunch is the main meal in the day
    We cook
    Rice
    Vegetables
Protein ( meat , Chicken or fish )
Salads and soups are common but not a must in everyday life
Ironically Soups and salads are my favorite dish

Thank you so much for this! I wanted to start eating more Japanese meals as they have more nutritional benefits and are often made from more raw ingredients so contain less artificial ingredients 🙂

everyone always says no rice.. low carb is king ….do you have rice with every meal? because if so I am going to keep rice in my diet. I really love it. I can just have a small portion

This is what I've been waiting for, opposed to the usual cliche and stereotypical sushi-bento box version. But kindly also share the preparation.
