    I've seen pasta added to wedding soup, usually orzo. Is this traditional of a later development?

    I like to caramelize to my meatballs for not only the added flavor, but also holding their stature during the cooking process. Also chicken stock instead of water, and finally I don't agree with pureeing the mirepoix.

    Great video it looks extremely delicious but measurements were needed for each individual item so that way you can make it properly we need all the numbers for the measurements of each ingredient

    The milk bread squeezing confuses me. Use less milk. It's a waste.

    Today, I for the first time got the wedding soup bug, naturally I go to youtube…..and just when I think I am satisfied and have chosen from the many different variations on this soup…..I come across yours. I pick this one! I love that you did not limit yourself to just one green, the veggie breakdown was nice as well as how you do the sausage. TY!
