UPDATE: I said "I will never make this again" because turtle meat is about $25 a pound. Loved this recipe. You've got to try it at least once.

I think corn starch in lieu of flour prevents getting lumpy.

Congrats on 100k! Soup looked delicious! How do you like the red copper pan or the copper chef pan? Also was wondering about the Rachael Rae pans. I'm looking for a good set of pans, what would you recommend? Thanks for the videos and all you do for us! Keep y'all in our prayers. God bless!

Offended by eating shark??? When I lived in CA I cooked at least 2-3 times a month. Can't get it now in MN, illegal here due to mercury content…shame. Miss eating it!

"It has such a great flavor, such a great soup…I'll probably never make it again" That was one hell of a sales pitch for your recipe Jack. LOL

Turtle actually have seven different types of meat inside. Cleaning a turtle is totally disgusting, the only meat are the legs, tail and neck – the rest is all guts!

Not so sure about the eggs. I know small diced carrots and celery are often used and taste great. Why "probably will never make again", didn't you like it? Or is the turtle meat expensive?
