Angel, Thanks for such a great well done video. I love a good Chili sauce.

I would really like to see you do a traditional Chinese "Chicken in hot garlic sauce". The kind you can find at many Chinese take out places. I really love that dish and all I can find on YouTube is Indians talking about this which I guess is something they cook in India and an American's blanching the veggies (why?) trying to make it. The only person I would trust making this is an Asian.

So, please please do a video on the quick and easy way to make a yummy "Chicken in hot garlic sauce." Thanks!

For the potstickers, you used a little bit of oil to cook them in. My boyfriend is allergic to canola oil, vegetable oil, olive oil, margarine and typically stays away from butter. Is the oil necessary to cook the potstickers? Or is there a substitution? I really would like to make these for him! Thanks!

Angel, I used olive oil instead of the canola oil, and my Chinese friends like it. I also use a mixture of habanero or Thai peppers. Love your show

Here in Malaysia, our potstickers are served with vinegar and shredded ginger instead :p YUM
