I didn't know that you cook the filling before wrapping, we always wrapped the filling raw and then deep fried/cook them at the same time

Hello Pailin, are glass noodles the same as vermicelli noodles? does the package need to say Glass Noodles specifically?

For peeling wrappers find a corner and peel slow and steady.

As for peeling, I don't start from one side… I pull in half, then in half… And so on…. I don't tear as many…. I developed this technique when I was 11. Years old and this was my punishment for being bad… I became a master at separating lumpia wrappers

If I could only get a hold of those "spring roll wrappers" where I live… not! Other than that, your recipe filling is awesome. Keep making videos – they are without a doubt a "je ne sais quoi" moment for thai lovers!

Hi Pauline, I love your recipes! Your YouTube tutorial are easy to follow and often my go-to site whenever I need a delicious recipe. U see, I'm having a dinner party next Monday and I have lots on my hand, the prepping and cooking. So I was thinking of making the fillings and wrapped them ahead and put them in the freezer . I'm thinking of doing it today… Will it be ok to make them 5-6 days ahead and fry them on the day of the party? Thanks.

Great recipe. I'm gonna try it today. But jeez don't you hate it when they call them "egg rolls"? Where are the eggs? Other than for the sealing the rolls have absolutely no eggs.

Really is the trick "to not let them rip". I thought I would just rip at them like a rabid wolverine.

Hello Pai. Thank you for this delicious recipe. I did it with porc and version vegetarian. I replaced the porc with tofu.
