I live in new England, and barbeque all year with my pitboss. The "p" factor needs to be set for the outdoor temperature and weather you have. If you dial that in, it makes the grill a lot more precise.

For juicy fall apart I either slow cook wrapped with foil in oven first then put on grill and basted with the juice I saved

Why would you also use a smoker tube in a smoker?

My pit boss 700 does not need a smoke tune… you open my lid and 10 times the smoke rolls out of my unit then yours . I wonder why you have so little smoke??

My Traeger is in C not F  , so are you really cooking these thighs at 250f which only works out to 130c (Cool temperature)?, Then up to 300f  150c (Very low) ?

Those look great! I have 6 pounds drumsticks and thighs in a brine while I'm at work. Gonna throw them on my traeger when I get home!

Great video – but considering the direction are basically so simple it would be awesome if you started including the directions in your description. Temps & times, etc.

    >>>t.co/Wgup6Y04pn    It was easy to put together and I was grilling right after. It has excellent even heating and no flare ups.

Great video those look delicious. What is the final internal temp of the chicken thighs? I have found that they are still somewhat raw when they hit the 165 degree mark and I like to take them past that

Do you soak the pellets before putting them in the tube. Or just put them in dry?
